Three ways to begin

However you'd like to start.

Some families want to talk on the phone the same day. Others want to read for a week first. Whatever pace feels right is the right pace.

01

A short phone call

Twenty minutes, no script. We listen first, then ask a few questions. By the end, you'll know whether we're the right next step.

Is there a cost for your service?
No, ever. Our service is free to families. We are paid by communities only when a placement is made — and never in a way that compromises our recommendation. If a community we'd recommend doesn't have a referral arrangement with us, we still recommend it.
What happens on the first call?
We listen. There is no script and no sales pitch. Most first calls last twenty to thirty minutes — we ask about your loved one's day, what's changed recently, and what worries you most. By the end, you'll know whether we're the right next step. If we're not, we'll tell you who is.
How quickly can we help?
Most families hear from an advocate within one business day. For urgent situations — a hospital discharge, a sudden fall, a memory care safety concern — we can usually be at your kitchen table or on a video call the same day. Just say the word in your message.
Do we have to know what kind of care we need?
Not at all. Most families don't, and many discover they need something different from what they assumed. Part of our job is helping you understand the difference between independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing — and which fits today, and which to plan for tomorrow.
